Sheila is an international fitmess presenter who holds an A1 assessor qualification and a Cert Ed in teaching, also Level 4 Exercise for the management of low back pain, L4 PSI, ICE Tomahawk, CBE, Pilates, gym instructor, Yoga, Aqua natal Midwifery, Nordic Walking Instructor and Weight lifting! With many years of assessing experience she also tutors courses for leading research and education developers in Falls Prevention, Later Life training her abilities at teaching has lead to her becoming a sought after instructor senior course director and presenter at major conventions throughout the UK. Besides touriing the UK delivering courses and workshops she works in a rehabilitation clinic with people living with Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis and low back pain. She has published an article on exercise for breast cancer with FitPro.
