Exercises using the Exercise Ball for ankle & foot range of motion and flexibility.

Instructions:
Perform these exercises under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider. Certain exercises may not be appropriate for every individual, while other exercises may be indicated. All exercises should be performed painfree.

Instructions:
Kneel on the knee of the hip to be stretched with the ball in front of your hips and stabilize with the opposite leg. Lean forward into the ball, extending your hip. Extend your arm overhead and lean away from the side being stretched. Hold and slowly release. Repeat on the opposite side.

Instructions:
Kneel on floor with arms outstretched and hands on ball. Lean forward while pushing the ball forward. Lower trunk towards floor, stretching the upper boack.

Instructions:
Begin with ball behind your back and stabilized on wall. Keep neck and pelvis in neutral. Perform a squat by bending knees, lowering pelvis and rolling ball downward. Hold and slowly return.
