Instructions:
Begin with loop around the foot. Cross your opposite leg on top and bring the loop under that foot, grasping the end at waist level. Rotate your foot inward against the band. Hold and slowly return.

Loop band around the outside of each foot. Stabilize one end of the loop with one foot. Lift and point your foot outward, keeping your heel on the ground. Hold and slowly return.
