Instructions:
Perform these exericses under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider. Certain exercises may not be appropriate for every individual, while other exercises may be indicated. All exercises should be performed painfree.

Origin: Mid-Vertical
Attachment: Head Strap
Movement: Continue looking forward while retracting head from wall to stretch tubing.

Movement: Continue looking forward while translating head away from wall to stretch tubing.

Attachment: Head Strap
Movement: Keep neck in neutral position. Lean to the side at your hips, about 20 degrees. Do not move the neck.

Movement: Keep neck in neutral position. Turn head away from wall, stretching tubing.
