Our experts said: The small "fork" in the ball accessory package is used to remove the stopper and release air. Use a high-volume pump to add air and replace the stopper immediately. Adapters for standard air compressors you would find at a service station are included in the package.
Inflate the ball with a high-volume pump. Low-volume pumps, such as bicycle pumps will not provide enough air to inflate the ball to the proper size. We suggest the "Power Pump" from Thera-Band products, or an air compressor. Adapters for standard air compressors you would find at a service station are included in the package.
The amount of air you put in the ball depends on the size/height of the ball. It's very important not to over-inflate the ball beyond it's appropriate size/height. The proper inflation size for each ball is noted by ball color:
