Thera-Band Loop Cervical Extension Stabilization

Thera-Band Loop Cervical Extension Stabilization
Instructions:
Place one end of a medium band around the back of your head and the other end in your hands. While keeping your neck in a neutral position, slowly extend your elbows. Don’t let your neck move forward. Hold and slowly return.

Thera-Band Loop Lat Pull Down

Thera-Band Loop Lat Pull Down
Instructions:
Begin by grasping a medium loop around each hand above your head. Pull down and push out at the same time, bringing your elbows into your pockets. Hold and slowly return.

Thera-Band Loop Bent-Over Row

Thera-Band Loop Shoulder Bent-Over Row
Instructions:
Begin with one end of a medium loop underneath your foot. Slightly bend forward at the hips. Pull the other end of the band upward, bending your elbow and extending your shoulder. Hold and slowly return.

Thera-Band Loop Scapular Retraction

Thera-Band Loop Scapular Retraction (Bilateral)
Instructions:
Grasp both end of a medium loop in your hands. Pull the ends apart, pinching your shoulder blades. Hold and slowly return.
