Instructions:
Perform these exericses under the supervision of a qualified healthcare provider. Certain exercises may not be appropriate for every individual, while other exercises may be indicated. All exercises should be performed painfree.

Rehab Station Cervical Flexion on Ball

Rehab Station Cervical Flexion
Instructions:
Origin: Mid-Vertical
Attachment: Head Strap
Movement: Keep neck in neutral position. Lean forward at your hips, about 20 degrees. Do not move the neck.

Rehab Station Cervical Extension on Ball

Instructions:
Origin: Mid-Vertical
Attachment: Head Strap
Movement: Keep neck in neutral position. Lean backward at the hips, about 20 degrees. Do not move the neck.

Rehab Station Cervical Sidebending on Ball

Instructions:
Origin: Mid-Vertical
Attachment: Head Strap
Movement: Keep neck in neutral position. Lean to the side at your hips, about 20 degrees. Do not move the neck.

Rehab Station Cervical Translation on Ball

Rehab Station Cervical Translation
Instructions:
Origin: Mid-Vertical
Attachment: Head Strap
Movement: Continue looking forward while shifting head away from wall to stretch tubing.

Rehab Station Cervical Rotation

Movement: Keep neck in neutral position. Turn head away from wall, stretching tubing.
