Rehab Station Bench Press on Ball

Instructions:
Origin: Cross Bar
Attachment: Exercise Bar
Movement: Begin with hands near chest; push both arms forward without leaning forward.

Rehab Station Lat Pull Down on Ball

Movement: Begin with arms extended upward. Pull arms backward, bringing hands to shoulders.

Movement: Begin with arms at shoulder level. Pull arms backward, keeping elbows straight.

Wall Station Seated Row
