Wall Station Lat Pull Down

Instructions:
Origin: Upper Vertical
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Begin with arms at shoulder level. Pull arms backward, bringing hands to shoulders.

Wall Station Standing Row

Wall Station Shoulder Row
Instructions:
Origin: Middle Cross Bar
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Bend elbows and pull tubing toward waist. Keep forearms parallel to the ground.

Wall Station Reverse Flies

Wall Station Reverse Flies
Instructions:
Origin: Upper Cross bar
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Begin with arms at shoulder level. Pull arms backward, keeping elbows straight.

Wall Station Upright Row

Movement: Begin with hands near waist. Pull handles upward toward chin, lifting elbows upward.

Movement: Begin with elbows bent; extend arms overhead.
