Wall Station Hip Flexion
Instructions:
Origin: Lower Vertical
Attachment: Extremity Strap
Movement: Lift hip upward, keeping knee bent. Don't lean the trunk backward.

Wall Station Glute Kick Back

Wall Station Hip Extension
Instructions:
Origin: Lower Vertical
Attachment: Extremity Strap
Movement: Extend leg backward, keeping knee bent. Don't lean the trunk backward.

Wall Station Squat

Wall Station Squat
Instructions:
Origin: Lower Vertical
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Bend knees, keeping them behind the toes. Keep back and neck straight.

Wall Station Lunge

Instructions:
Origin: Lower Cross Bar
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Bend knees, lowering body. Keep back and neck straight.

Wall Station Knee Flexion (Standing)
