Hand Xtrainer Thumb Opposition
Strengthens the thumb oppositional muscles
Instructions:
Grasp opposing edge of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand. With palm facing toward that hand, place tip of straight thumb into outer hole of Xtrainer. Slowly push against Xtrainer to bring thumb tip diagonally across hand to meet pinkie tip. Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.
TIP: Allow pinkie to naturally move in toward center of hand to meet thumb tip.
