Hand Xtrainer Finger Abduction
Strengthens the finger abductors
Instructions:
Grasp opposing edge of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand. With palm facing toward that hand, place two fingers at the level of the middle finger jjoints into holes of Xtrainer. Spread both fingers out away from each other. Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.
TIP: Non-exercising hand is stabilizing the Xtrainer, NOT pulling against fingers
