Stretches the intrinsic finger flexors

Hand Xtrainer Finger Flexor Stretch
Instructions:
Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand. With palm facing away from body, place fingertip of finger to be stretched in one of the Hand Xtrainer holes. Slowly pull straight back with stabilizing hand, to pull finger toward the ceiling. Stretch only to the point of pull, not pain. Hold 30sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat. TIP: Make sure to keep wrist and hand as neutral as possible to allow stretch to focus in on finger flexors.
