Hand Xtrainer Fist Squeeze

Strengthens the finger, hand and wrist flexors

Hand Xtrainer Fist Squeeze
Place all five fingers in outside holes of the Xtrainer. In a controlled slow fashion, bend the end and middle joints of your fingers and thumb and then the knuckles, to squeeze the Hand Xtrainer to form a fist. Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat. TIP: Allow wrist to slightly curve in with the fist
