Hand Xtrainer Isolated Finger Extension
Strengthens the intrinsic finger extensors
Instructions:
Grasp bottom of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand. With palm facing away from body, place one fingertip of fully bent finger in outside hole of Hand Xtrainer. In a progressive controlled fashion, straighten the knuckle, then middle finger joint, then end joint to extend finger up toward ceiling. Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.
TIP: Allow wrist and hand to slightly open up as isolated finger is extending.
