Pro Foam Roller with Wrap Back Release
Find a relatively open area with a decent amount of floor space. Begin by sitting in front of the Thera-Band Pro Foam Roller with Wrap. Gently lean back to rest low back across the Roller, elbows, forearms and heels planted firmly. Stabilizing with elbows and forearms, dig in with both heels to roll body forward and backward across the Roller. Allow knees to fully bend and then straighten to roll the length of the back muscles. Reposition as needed by ‘walking’ heels in closer towards buttocks. Control the pressure through controlling the amount of weight on the Roller, using extra caution when rolling in boney regions. Slowly roll back into neutral starting position.
