Pro Foam Roller with Wrap Gluteal Release
Find a relatively open area with a decent amount of floor space. Begin by sitting on the Thera-Band Pro Foam Roller with Wrap, both hands and heels planted firmly on the ground. Gently roll body weight back and forth across the Roller with Wrap – following the path of the muscle being massaged. To increase the release of the right gluteal muscles, slowly allow both knees to fall toward the right side. Control the pressure through controlling the amount of weight on the Roller. Slowly return to neutral. Conversely then, vary the position by allowing both knees to fall toward the left side to target the left gluteal muscles. Slowly roll back into neutral starting position
