Shoulder Pulley Abduction – side to door
Secure pulley over top of door. Stand with your uninjured side closest to the door. Grasp one handle with your injured arm by your side. Grasp the other handle and gently pull down and across your body with your uninjured arm. Keep your elbows extended. Hold and repeat.
