Helps increase shoulder extension range of motion

Pulley Shoulder Extension – back to door
Secure the pulley over the top of the door. With your back to the door, grasp one handle with your injured side behind your lower back with your elbow straight. Grasp the other handle with your uninjured arm overhead. Pull down with the uninjured arm, extending the injured arm. Hold and repeat.
