Pulley Shoulder Extension – facing door
This exercise helps improve shoulder extension range of motion
Instructions:
Secure pulley over top of door. Face door and grasp one handle with your involved hand by your side. Grasp the other handle with your other hand overhead and pull down and back, stretching the injured side into extension. Hold and repeat.
