Roller Massager+ Elongated Biceps Release

Self-release of the biceps muscle; elongated position

Roller Massager+ Elongated Biceps Release
Seated on the edge of a chair, straighten out arm (with biceps to be rolled) and rest same wrist – palm up – behind body on back of chair. Grasp the Thera-Band Roller Massager+ behind low back so that ridged roller is placed directly across biceps muscle. Gently roll the Massager+ up and down along the path of the muscle. In general, longer strokes in this elongated position will work more superficial layers of the tissue.
