Thera-Band Ankle Plantarflexion (Soleus)

Strengthens the calf muscles, especially the soleus.

Instructions:
Sit in chair. Loop middle of band under foot placed on floor. Stabilize ends of band over knee. Push foot down into floor, lifting heel from the ground against resistance of the band. Slowly return.
