Thera-Band Wrist/Forearm Pronation (Sports Handle)

This exercise strengthens the motion that turns your palm downward (pronators).

Thera-Band Wrist Pronation with Sports Handle
Instructions:
Secure one end of the band or tubing securely to a stationary object, and attach the other end to the Sports Handle. With your elbow bent, stabilize your forearm on your thigh. Grasp the Sports Handle with palm up. Turn your wrist downward, hold and slowly return.
TIP: Keep your elbow in one position during the exercise; don’t use your elbow to complete the exercise.
