CLX Hamstring Stretch
Instructions:
Begin by lying flat on your back with one leg bent with foot on the floor and the other flat on the floor. Place your bent foot in the desired Easy Grip Loop and grasp the other end of your CLX.Pull the CLX toward your head, raising your fully extended leg up so that you can feel a comfortable stretch in the back of your thigh.Be sure to keep your leg straight throughout this exercise.
