CLX Upper Body Brugger

Great postural exercise activates entire extensor chain in upper extremities. Loops allow hands to remain open.

CLX Upper Body Brugger
Begin by placing each hand into an Easy Grip Loop so that hands are one loop apart using an open handed grip. Rotate your hands outward so that palms are supinated. Raise your hands so that your elbows are at a 90° angle and hands are in front of you.Extend your elbows and shoulders straight outward and retract your shoulder blades. Hold briefly and slowly return to starting position.
