Thera-Band FlexBar Big Toe Stretch
Stretches bottom of the foot (plantar fascia)
Instructions:
Seated toward the edge of a chair, place the Thera-Band FlexBar on the floor with the underside of big toe on FlexBar and rest of foot on the ground. Apply pressure with foot to the FlexBar to stretch the bottom of foot and toe. Hold the stretch 30-40sec. Repeat.
