Thera-Band FlexBar Forearm Release

Self-release and massage of the wrist and finger flexors

Instructions:
Place the Thera-Band FlexBar on a table with the forearm to be massaged on top of the FlexBar, palm down. Apply pressure through arm and upper body to slowly roll the length of the forearm to massage the wrist and finger flexors. Roll (massage) for 3-5min.
