Thera-Band FlexBar Hand / Finger Extension Mob

Stretches finger flexors and mobilizes finger extension

Place the Thera-Band FlexBar on a table with tips of fingers of hand to be stretched on top of Bar. Apply pressure through pressing palm toward table to mobilize and stretch hands and fingers. Vary the release by gently changing the proximity of the FlexBar, rolling it in slightly closer toward or away from wrist. Hold each stretch 30-40 seconds. Repeat.
