Theraband CLX Spiral-Thigh

TheraBand CLX spiral provides a rotary vector and supports multi-planar resistance   

Instructions:
Wrap the end of the CLX around the thigh and insert the end of the CLX into the last loop to secure the CLX to the thigh. Wrap the CLX around the thigh snugly, but not too tightly, for 1-2 more loops.
