Rehab Station Shoulder Abduction on Ball
Instructions:
Origin: Base Unit
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Lift shoulders, keeping elbow straight.
Rehab Station Bench Press on Ball
Instructions:
Origin: Cross Bar
Attachment: Exercise Bar
Movement: Begin with hands near chest; push both arms forward without leaning forward.
Rehab Station Lat Pull Down on Ball
Instructions:
Origin: Upper Vertical
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Begin with arms extended upward. Pull arms backward, bringing hands to shoulders.
Rehab Station Reverse Flies on Ball
Instructions:
Origin: Middle Vertical
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Begin with arms at shoulder level. Pull arms backward, keeping elbows straight.
Instructions:
Origin: Horizontal
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Bend elbows and pull tubing toward waist.
