Hand Xtrainer All Finger Extension Abduction
Strengthens the finger, hand and wrist extensors and finger abductors
Instructions:
Place all five fingers in outside holes of the Xtrainer, at the middle finger joints. In a controlled slow fashion, straighten fingers out and away from each other. Hold fingers in a fully extended and abducted position for 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.
TIP: Allow wrist to slightly extend in with the fingers
