Thera-Band Stability Disc Oblique Abdominals
Strengthens the oblique abdominal muscles
Instructions:
Sit with the Stability Disc under your hips, with your knees bent. Lean your trunk backward, contracting your abdominals. Raise one hand out to the side without rotating your trunk and return arm to your side. Slowly repeat with opposite arm.
