Graceann G Forrester PT, DPT, CKTI.

Dr Forrester earned a Bachelor’s degree from Misericordia University, Dallas, PA and her Physical Therapist degree from New York University. She has earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University. As a New York State Licensed Physical Therapist, she treats patients of all ages for neuromuscular, traumatic and repetitive motion injuries. She has developed a program to enhance the strengths and life skills of patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.   She has taught clinical application classes as an adjunct faculty member for Ithaca College’s Physical Therapy program. She has developed and implemented workshops for central NY industries, focusing on “Promoting a Healthy Back”. She volunteers her time to assist local swim, track, and field hockey teams with sport specific training and injury prevention. She is a NY Certified Voluntary Coach for High School Field Hockey.  Internationally, Dr Forrester has offered educational programming to improve transportation and therapeutic positioning of children with disabilities at an orphanage in Port Au Prince, Haiti. As a Certified KinesioTaping Instructor, she teaches in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Thailand and Russia. She also serves on the KinesioTaping Board of Education as Chair of Certification. She is a Board Member of Hope Unites, an “international ecumenical organization specializing in humanitarian aid and disaster relief”.  Dr Forrester lives in Upstate New York with her husband and four children.
