Thera-Band® Band Loops provide continuous loop elastic bands in the same colors and resistances as authentic Thera-Band System of Progressive Resistance. They feature 4 resistance levels, including Yellow, Red, Green, and Blue supplied in 3 lay flat lengths of 8", 12" and 18". The 3" wide loops can be used for a variety of applications, particularly lower body exercises to increase strength and balance.
