David Speakman, DC, CCCPC owned and operated his multi-disciplinary clinic in Southern California for 20 years. His clinic included Chiropractic, Podiatry, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Personal Training in his 1,000 square foot gym, Nurse Practitioners, and Esthetician Services. He managed the integration of the health professionals along with his staff. He became a Qualified Medical Examiner/Evaluator (QME) early in his practice, which established the quality of his documentation. He was awarded the Reader’s Choice award for favorite chiropractor in his community of over 120,000 residents and 110 chiropractors on two separate occasions by different sources. He consulted, and worked with three separate leading chiropractic paperless software (EHR) companies, and presented over one hundred educational webinars on the subject. After earning his certification in coding, he now dedicates his time with research and educating chiropractors and their staff regarding the changes in the health industry, focusing on documentation, coding, billing, compliance, exercise rehabilitation.
