DERYA ÖZER KAYA, PT, PhD, Assoc. Prof.

She was graduated from Hacettepe University, Health Sciences Faculty, Department of  Physical Therapy& Rehabilitation in 2002, Turkey. She got received her Masters Degree on Sports Physiotherapy in 2004 and PhD degree in 2009 at Hacettepe University, Health Sciences Institute.
She worked as an observer physiotherapist in Holland, Utrecht University, Department of Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, Prostodontic& Special Dental Care and in England, Sheffield Centre of Sports Medicine.
She worked as a research assistant in Sports Physiotherapy Unit at Hacettepe University, Health Sciences Faculty, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
She worked as an Assist. Prof. at Ahi Evran University between March 2011-January 2014.  She got Associate Professorship at October 2013. She has been working at Izmir Katip Çelebi University as an academician.
She has been an international instructor of Thera-Band Academy since June 2007 and has been holding Thera-Band Academy, exercise training courses in Turkey.
She is a member of Turkish Sports Physiotherapy Association, Turkish Physiotherapy Association, ACSM and ECSS.
