Mission
The mission of the Academy is to facilitate Research, Education & Practice within the Thera-Band Systems of Progressive Exercise and Biofreeze topical analgesics:

• Elastic Resistance / Strengthening
• Balance / Sensorimotor Training
• Hand Therapy
• Aquatic Therapy & Training

The Academy targets rehabilitation professionals, fitness & wellness (including older adults), and sports training around the world
