Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Here is the answer to your frequently-asked question:

Your question was: Do I need to have eye protection while using Thera-Band elastic resistance?

Our experts said: First, never perform exercises that may cause the band or tubing to snap back towards the face and eyes. Be sure and inspect bands and secure the connection before using any elastic resistance products. Protective eyewear such as safety goggles or safety glasses are recommended for use while using elastic resistance. Regular eyeglasses may not provide the protection necessary. Lack of appropriate eye protection may lead to eye damage.
