TheraBand CLX Shoulder External Rotation at 90
Instructions:Begin with one end of the band securely attached in front of you at shoulder-height. Grasp the other end of the band with tension. Pull the band away from the wall, rotating your forearm backward. Be sure to keep your upper arm parallel to the ground, your elbow at shoulder level, and your wrist straight.
TIP: Don't let your elbow drop below shoulder level. Keep elbow bent at 90 degrees; don't extend your elbow to complete the motion.
CLX Shoulder Reverse Throw
Instructions:
Begining in a staggered stance, place your foot in the second to last Easy Grip Loop of your CLX.Place your opposite hand in the desired Easy Grip loop to create the proper resistance when at the top of the exercise.Lift your hand upward and outward as if you were cocking your shoulder to throw a ball. Slowly allow your throwing arm to come down across your body as if you were throwing a ball and then repeat.
TheraBand CLX Shoulder Flexion
Instructions:
Lift your arms forward with your thumbs pointing to the ceiling. Keep your elbows straight. Hold and slowly return.
TheraBand CLX Shoulder Extension
Instructions:
Begin with one end of the band securely attached. Grasp the other end of the band with slight tension. Extend your arm backward, keeping your elbow straight. Hold and slowly return.

Instructions:
Begin with the CLX attached to a Door Anchor at shoulder height. Wrap the end loop around your hand. Push the band away from your trunk. Hold and slowly return.
TIP: Avoid leaning back.
