Instructions:
Origin: Lower Vertical
Attachment: Handle
Movement: Bend elbows, pulling tubing toward waist.
Wall Station Reverse Flies
Instructions:
Origin: Upper Cross bar
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Begin with arms at shoulder level. Pull arms backward, keeping elbows straight.
Instructions:
Origin: Upper Cross bar
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Begin with arms at shoulder level; bring arms together in front, keeping elbows straight.
Instructions:
Origin: Lower Cross bar
Attachment: 2 Handles
Movement: Lift arms forward, keeping the elbows straight and thumbs pointed upward.
