Hand Xtrainer DIP and PIP Flexion
Strengthens the intrinsic finger flexors
Instructions:
Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand. With palm facing away from body, place fingertips in outside holes of the Hand Xtrainer. In a controlled fashion, bend the end and middle joints of your fingers down toward the floor. Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.
TIP: Allow wrist to slightly curve in as fingers are flexing.
