Thera-Band Tubing with Cuff Standing Hamstring Curl
Strengthens the hamstrings
Instructions:
Securely attach the tubing loops to each ankle. Keep one foot on the ground to stabilize. Slowly bend opposite knee, lifting foot upward until lower leg is parallel to the ground. Hold and slowly return. Keep your back straight. Use external support such as a sturdy chair if needed.
