Thera-Band FlexBar Single Leg Stance Shoulder Oscillation

Challenges balance and strengthens the upper extremity muscles and the scapular stabilizers.

Instructions:
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms alongside body, with chested lifted and open. Back and trunk remain straight with belly button in tight. Knees are ‘loose’ – not hyperextended. Gently lift one leg to balance on stance leg. With same-side hand, grasp the end of a Thera-Band FlexBar and lift arm up and out to the side of the body. Oscillate FlexBar while balancing for 20-30 seconds. Rest and repeat.
